During limited drops or heavy volume, allow up to 7 business days
Delivery Time (U.S.):
Once fulfilled, shipping takes 2 - 7 business days, depending on your location and carrier
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our hands
Carriers We Use:
USPS, FedEx, DHL, and other reliable providers - we choose the best one based on your address
Note: We currently ship only within the U.S.

This is limited-drop gear - not Target.
However, if your order arrives:

🔄 Wrong Size?
If you ordered the wrong size:
We’ll still try to work with you
You may be responsible for return shipping
We don’t resell returns - everything is made-to-order
Size Tip: Our shirts run true-to-size with an athletic fit. If you’re between sizes, go up one.
📦 Return Requests
To request a return or replacement:
Email team@holdthelinegear.com within 7 days of delivery
Include:
Your order number
A clear photo of the issue
A short description of what went wrong
We’ll respond within 2 - 3 business days.
📫 Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it:
Wait 24 - 48 hours - sometimes packages are marked early
Check with neighbors or your building manager
If still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate
Note: We’re not responsible for theft or delivery errors caused by incorrect addresses, but we’ll do what we can to help.
